Plan to print a 4R image onto a billboard ? GenuineFractals is for you. A plugin for Photoshop. Simply choose your photo,key in the new size you want and let your machine do your work.
From a 4"x6" photo into a 6 feet x 20 feet ( a mural/wallpaper ), using a Mac G5, QuadProcessor, 4 Gig of RAM and a final output of 3.5Gigabyte size of file, it takes 2 days to render. yeap, 2 DAYS! imagine rendering it out on your old Pentium 3 process, 512ram with 40G of space. hahaha !
