Mother of All Cameras! RED !!

I have witnessed it. The mother of all cameras, at MFX. The machine that will bring film industry to another level of ... oh my ... i cant say it.. just .. cant .......



what it can do;

can shoot from 2K, 3K and up to 4-freaking-K resolution video .
(2K = 2048px X 1152px) . 4K ... you do the calculation. its like shooting a video with a Canon Mark3 ( if it is ever capable of doing so .. hehe )

frames rates up to 150fps ... and you could simply change the frame rate from the Red editing machine at ANY time you want without compress or converting it. ( our local broadcast frame rate is 25fps for PAL ).

it has a 320gb self-compression hard disk. meaning, you shoot a 100gigs video and the machine compresses it to .. let say .. 1gig ? after transfer to pc, uncompressed 25fps at 2K resolution, a 3 second video is 680mb .. you do the math, let me know how big it will be for a 60seconder tvc ???

so called the ULTRA HIGH DEFINITION camera .

ASA 1000 without noise . HAH !! i love this feature best ! but this is only available on Built 16 update. hmm

roughly weight around 2 pounds, body only. after all the attachments ... hmmm let me see .. 6kilos maybe ?? goddddamn !
